: 🌙 Appeal for Monthly Support for Our Current Masjid – Join the 50 Donors initiative

As-salamu Alaikum,

As you know, the Qur’an and Hadith emphasize the great reward and benefit of taking care of the House of Allah (Masjid).

1. “The mosques of Allah are only to be maintained by those who believe in Allah and the Last Day, establish prayer, give zakah, and fear none but Allah. It is they who are expected to be on true guidance.” (Surah At-Tawbah 9:18)

2. Love for the Masjid is a Sign of Faith

The Prophet ﷺ said:

“When you see a man frequenting the mosque, then bear witness that he has faith.” (Sunan al-Tirmidhi 2617, Hasan)

We would like to draw your attention to an important matter — the monthly operational expenses of our current Masjid amount to approximately $6,000 (covering salary, utilities, supplies, insurance, cleaning, and miscellaneous costs).

At present, we are raising only $1,500–$2,000 per month, which leaves a monthly deficit of $4,000–$4,500. This shortfall is continuously depleting our existing Masjid funds.

While much of our attention has been focused on the new Masjid fundraising, the current Masjid still requires our consistent support to operate smoothly.

💡 A Simple and Sustainable Solution

If 50 donors can commit to contributing $100 on the first Friday of every month, we can easily cover the $4,000 monthly deficit, Insha’Allah.

Your contribution will:

° Help sustain the daily operations of our current Masjid.

° Allow us to maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming space for prayer and community gatherings.

° Earn continuous sadaqah jariyah (ongoing reward) from Allah SWT for every prayer, Quran recitation, and act of worship that takes place here.

Additionally, all regular monthly donors will be recognized as RDIC Members, and we will share updates on membership benefits and community projects.
