We invite anyone interested in learning about and practicing Tibetan Buddhism to join our public monthly meditations. For upcoming dates, please check our Facebook 'Events' page. Our meditation is guided, is approximately 20 minutes long and is preceded by a short talk on a Buddhist topic. No previous meditation experience is required, questions are encouraged and a small Dharma library is available.
