Before there was ever declared a holiday, God was calling you His valentine.

1 John 3:1 NIV says, “See what great love the Father has lavished on us, that we should be called children of God.” Friends, we are His kids! He is crazy about us. He doesn’t give us merely a pinch of love (a ten-dollar box of chocolates), instead He lavishes His love on us (a never-ending supply of Ghirardelli’s).

His love for you won’t diminish or subside. It’s constant. Because of this, His love casts out fear, silences insecurities, heals the sting of rejection, and fills our emptiness with purpose and peace. When we receive this Love of God and let that take hold, then we’re able to fully love Him, ourselves and others.

💗Tell yourself today, “I AM LOVED.” Then embrace your girl and shower her with love too.

Welcome to 2021! 2020 was trying for all of us, but with the blessing of a NEW year, we GET a fresh start. New mercies are promised every day! We are thanking God, in advance, for all of the new things He will do in the year ahead.
