It goes by many names. Worry. Anxiety. Stress... and it often seems like the "default" setting of our lives.

Join us this evening as we explore this feeling through discussion, scripture, music and reflection.

You can share as much or as little as you like. And everyone will be given the opportunity to unburden themselves to God.

If you're at a point in life where you're overwhelmed or unsure, we hope to see you at 7pm tonight.

The more we get together...

God is great and moving in this town. Thank you Hope Community Church for hosting this year's Good Friday service with an impactful message.

Thank you Grace Church for a beautiful, reflective communion.

Thank you Calvary Pentecostal for powerful prayer and scripture readings.

Thank You Spirit for the unity of Christ's church.

And thank You Lord Jesus for Your gift of salvation... that You should suffer for us, so undeserving.

To God be the glory ❤️

What a privilege to gather together today as churches in Port Hope to celebrate what we all have in common- our belief in Jesus Christ who came to rescue us from our sins!

“Behold the Lamb of God, who takes away the sin of the world.” John 1:29

Thank you Jesus for your willingness to lay down your life so that we might know eternal hope and new life. As we journey through the sorrow of the cross to the joy of the empty tomb, we are reminded that even in the darkest places, God’s light breaks through.

What a beautiful service ❤️

A time of quiet reflection beforehand, impactful worship, communion and a powerful message.

A special thank you to those who prepared leading up to this service and our Annual Congregational Business Meeting!

It was a wonderful, encouraging time together - we look forward to what the Lord has in store for First Baptist Church Port Hope in 2026!

First Baptist will be handling the nursery and worship portion of the service - so bring your babies and bring your voices 😉

Good Friday is one week away!!!!! We’re thrilled to invite you to a special Good Friday service in partnership with First Baptist, Grace Church, and Calvary Pentecostal. Come together with us as we reflect on the cross and celebrate Jesus’ sacrifice that brings us new life.

Nursery care and childcare for children through Grade 4 will be provided. All are welcome!
