My name is Sandy Andress, and I am the author of Caregiver’s Guide, a practical and encouraging guide designed to support individuals caring for loved ones facing serious illness.
Drawing from personal experience and insights gained through the caregiving journey, I have also developed a workshop that provides caregivers with tools, strategies, and encouragement to help them navigate the emotional, physical, and practical challenges they face.
These workshops focus on topics such as:

+Managing caregiver stress and burnout
+Building resilience and emotional well-being
+Effective communication with family and healthcare providers
+Finding support and maintaining hope throughout the caregiving journey
+Practical self-care strategies for long-term caregiving

My goal is to equip caregivers with resources that help them feel informed, supported, and less alone.
I will be facilitating the workshop on July 24-26.

These are who I am hoping to support and bring awareness to, regarding their role as a caregiver.
