A huge thank you to Chef Tim, Joy, and Madeline at the Pinawa Club Restaurant! PCF had our Shrove Tuesday pancake breakfast there yesterday and it was wonderful. The tables were beautifully set up and welcoming, and the food was great! Thanks, all of you, for a lovely morning, you went all-out for us! 🥞☕️💕

Tomorrow, Wednesday Feb 18, is Ash Wednesday - the first day of Lent. Pastor Liz will be in the PCF office at the Access Mall from 9 to 4. Anyone who wants the imposition of ashes may drop in.
At 2 p.m. there will be a short Ash Wednesday service, also in the office.
Everyone is welcome.

On Sunday, February 8, Josephine Hall will be speaking about her Sixties Scoop experience. Our church service starts at 11 am, and Josephine will speak at 11:45. There will be a simple finger food potluck following her presentation. Location: the Lutheran Church at the corner of Burrows and Massey. Everyone is welcome!

We want to acknowledge the loss of a number of long-time Pinawa residents. In the past few months, folks who have given much to Pinawa have passed away. In a small town like ours, lives are interconnected and every loss is deeply felt.
