Hello everyone,

This week we are going to start a huge game called “CTO21”. This game consists of many challenges. Everyone in the scouts including the leaders is going to participate. The goal is to have fun, enjoy summer, and learn some things.
You should remember your team number very well since you gonna use it throughout the game. Let’s see which team is going to win at the end ( the winners will have gifts of course)😃

Important Message to all including parents and guardians - please read carefully

To our beloved parents, youth and guardians,

As you have noticed in the news to number of cases of COVID-19 has increased in the schools. As of September 8th, 2020, there are 118 cases within all Quebec (QC) schools. To add onto this, the number of cases, daily, are increasing in QC.

Several schools in the West Island, Laval and Vaudreuil have confirmed cases and sent home their entire classes.

If your daughter or son is attending one of the schools that has a case, and you were told by the school administration to quarantine for 14 days, this also applies to all church activities and liturgy.

It is also asked for the parents, brothers and sisters of that child to quarantine at the same time.

For your safety and the safety of others please respect the confinement.

We hope that you have enjoyed the hot summer so far 😊. Time come to start the registration of our new scout year. According to Scout Du Canada, we are now allowed to resume our physical meetings with respecting the health measures.

Please take note of the following important information:
1- Old Scout registration is starting from today till end of day of 12 August 2020. After this date, available places will be opened to the waiting list
2- Registration will be online through this link https://forms.gle/L5YXkrHvuxW6YKib7
3- Please fill all fields, read the contract and submit the complete form at the end.
4- The yearly fees is reduced to 450$ where 150$ will be either the paid amount of April to June 2020 (from last year) or we will cash the cheque’s of these months during Sep-Oct 2020.
5- At first day of scout, we will need 6 cheque’s of 50$ each dated for the months of Jan to Jun 2021

A copy of the contract, detailed instructions of the payement and the calendar will be shared by email to all who register by 12 Aug 2020.

Looking forward to see you all in the new year. It will be an existing one 😊
