👔 A father’s impact reaches far beyond words.

As we prepare to celebrate Father’s Day, we asked members of the ServeCity family to share their favourite memory of their dad. From children to adults, the answers were heartfelt reminders of the love, wisdom, sacrifice, and encouragement that fathers provide.

Some remembered the lessons they were taught. Others reflected on the way their fathers showed up, worked hard, made them laugh, protected them, and helped shape the people they are today.

⚔️ Spiritual warfare is real, but so is the victory we have in Christ.

Every day, we face battles that aren’t always visible. The enemy seeks to distract, discourage, divide, and weaken our faith. But God has not left us defenseless.

Through prayer, His Word, and unwavering faith, we are equipped to stand firm against every scheme of the enemy. Victory doesn’t come from our own strength—it comes from staying connected to the One who has already overcome.

🛡️ Pray consistently.
📖 Know the Word.
🧠 Guard your mind.
✝️ Stand in faith.

No matter what battle you’re facing today, remember: God has equipped you for it. The fight is real, but so is His power, His presence, and His promise.

“Take up the full armor of God, that you may be able to stand against the schemes of the devil.” — Ephesians 6:13

🔥 Equipped for the battle. Empowered by grace.

🙌 “You’ve given me authority to push back the enemy, to fight from the victory… and it’s about time I use it.”

What a powerful moment in worship today.

We weren’t singing from a place of defeat—we were declaring the victory that has already been won through Jesus Christ. Because of Him, we don’t have to live in fear. We don’t have to back down. We can stand firm in the authority and power God has given us.

As praise filled the room, faith began to rise. Hearts were encouraged, chains were broken, and we were reminded that our God has already secured the victory. 🔥

Today, we didn’t just sing these words, we believed them.

🙌 “Let everything that has breath praise the Lord.” — Psalm 150:6

Every raised hand tells a story.
Every voice lifted in worship is a testimony.
Every life transformed is evidence of God’s goodness.

As we look back on moments of worship, celebration, and baptism, we’re reminded that God is still moving in the lives of His people. He is worthy of our praise, not just for what He does, but simply for who He is.

Tomorrow, we gather once again to lift up the name of Jesus, worship together, and encounter His presence.

🎤 We asked a simple question:

“Which department works the hardest at ServeCity?”

The answers were… interesting. 👀😂

Some people said Youth.
Some said First Impressions.
Some said Dance.
Some said Production.

But after reviewing the footage, conducting a thorough investigation, and consulting several highly qualified experts (ourselves)… we’ve concluded that everyone actually said Social Media.

Any other interpretation is simply incorrect. 😭

“Late in the midnight hour, God’s gonna turn it around… and it’s gonna work in your favor.”

What a powerful declaration that filled the room on Sunday.

No matter what season you’re in, no matter what challenge you’re facing, be encouraged today: God is still working. Even when you can’t see it, He’s moving. Even when the answer hasn’t come yet, He’s faithful.

Sometimes worship isn’t just a song, it’s a reminder to trust God in the middle of the process and believe that He is turning things around for your good.
