BACKPACK BLESSING!

Students, educators, and school staff—bring your backpack (any bag!) to Amberlea Church on Sunday, September 13 at 11 AM and receive a special blessing as you begin the new school year! When you arrive, place your backpack at the front of the sanctuary, and during the KidZone Moment, you’ll be invited forward for the Backpack Blessing.

We also welcome donations of school supplies and snack items! Let’s surround our students, teachers, and school staff with prayer and encouragement as they head into a new year.

Does your child love to sing? Broadway Kids is a community singing program for children and youth that gives them opportunity to shine!

The Fall Session starts September 15 and culminates in a Final Showcase for family & friends on November 10!

Children will learn to sing Broadway songs, while having fun playing theatre and improv games in a safe and encouraging environment.

Led by experienced community directors, Eliza Kattsir and Michele McLeod.

We’re looking forward to a wonderful morning of worship, connection, and hope, and we’d love for you to be part of it!

This Sunday will be a Family Service, with children joining us in the service as we worship and celebrate together as one church family. We’ll also share in Communion together, creating a special opportunity for all ages to gather, remember, and reflect as a community of faith.

And there’s a little something sweet to look forward to after the service! Kids and families are invited to enjoy a popsicle treat together as we continue the fellowship and fun.
