Last weekend was very special. My wife and I got to experience Thanksgiving in new way for the first time. Our son and daughter in law hosted Thanksgiving dinner in Fredericton and my wife and I were able just to sit back relax and enjoy the company of our children, grand children, and some of our daughter in law's family and not have to worry about anything else. What a blessing!

This Sunday, Pastor David will be speaking and the sermon is from "The Prophet series". This week the focus is on Judgement. Everyone is welcome to come and worship with us at 10:30 am. Remember that God loves you.

"Give thanks to the LORD, for he is good; his love endures forever." Psalms 107:1

I was out for a trail ride on my bike yesterday and it astounds me at the beauty that we experience at this time of year. It is just one reminder that we have of how much we have to be thankful for.

This Sunday is Thanksgiving Sunday and I hope everyone comes out on Sunday morning to praise and give thanks to our Heavenly Father for all that he has done. The Puppeteers will be performing and Pastor David will be preaching. The sermon is titled "The Prophets - Justice".

The service starts at 10:30 am and everyone is welcome. Remember that God is good and He loves you.

Good Morning to everyone on this beautiful fall day or should I say what I hope to be a beautiful day. I love this time of year, when the forests are blazing with their amazing and vivid colours. I love going for walks, or drives in my car (or motorcycle) and just thinking about how much God has blessed me (us) with the beauty of nature.

This is the last Sunday before Thanksgiving. Pastor David will be speaking and the sermon will be a continuation in The Prophet Series. From the verse at the top of the post, this week's focus is on Idol Worship. I hope that you will come and join us this Sunday morning at 10:30 am. Everyone is welcome and remember that God Loves You!

Well, it has been a bit of an off week. I came down with the cold on Tuesday that is going around so I have felt miserable for a number of days. Hope I get over this soon as I would like to enjoy the beautiful fall weather that we are having.

My niece's husband had the surgery to remove his brain tumour but they were only able to get 70-80 % of it. He came through the surgery quite well. He has had some minor seizures but they say that they should diminish over time. It will take some time to get the results back on the analysis of the tumour. Please continue to pray for Kelsey and Marta.

We are also approaching Thanksgiving. Please see the attached bulletin for the announcements pertaining to Thanksgiving Sunday.

I would also like to send out congratulations to Doug Howatt, as he will be ordained this Sunday at Second North River Baptist Church at 3:00 pm. Everyone is welcome to attend.

This Sunday, Pastor David will be preaching. The sermon is a continuation in the series on The Prophets. This week the focus is on "Playing Religion". The service starts at 10:30 am. Everyone is welcome and remember that God loves you.

Philippians 4:6
Be anxious for nothing, but in everything, by prayer and petition, with thanksgiving, present your requests to God.

As I sit writing this, my heart and mind is with my Sister (Sandra) who is out in Manitoba with her daughter (Marta) and husband (Kelsey). Kelsey is having brain surgery to remove a cancerous tumour as I write this. I am asking that if you could, please pray for Kelsey and Marta as they face this situation now and in the weeks and months that lie ahead.

This past week all of our regular ministries at PBC got back into full swing. We should regularly pray for all who are involved in making these ministries possible and that through these ministries people will be introduced to Jesus and life to the full that he offers. Also that for others they will grow in there faith and Christian walk.

This Sunday, Pastor David will be preaching. The sermon is the second in the series on "The Prophets" with a focus on repentance.
The service starts at 10:30 am and everyone is welcome to come and join us and remember that God loves you and is calling you.

Hey everyone!! So tonight is our first night back to Glow Kids here at PBC. If you are K to gr 5 would love to see you all here. Also something new this year we are having a Christmas Junior Choir once again but practice is now happening immediately following Glow kids Starting tonight at 7:30 till 8:15. If you are ages 5 to 14 I would love to see you join. The sign up sheet is in the lobby for your parents to sign you up. Love to see you all there.

Summer is just about over, and I hope we get a warm beautiful fall. Well, students are back in school which means that here at PBC all of our regular ministries will be back in full swing starting next week.

This Sunday we are having our fall kickoff where we highlight all of the ministries that happen at PBC. I think we need to be in prayer for all of the ministries and for all of the people that are involved that help to make each and everyone of these ministries operate.
After the service, there will be a barbeque. If you plan on going, please bring a salad or dessert to share.

Pastor David will be preaching this week and will be starting a new sermon series. This weeks sermon is titled "The Prophets - God's call and Our Response". I hope everyone will come and join us as week praise God. The service starts at 10:30 am.

It's That time of year again!! Christmas Cantata Practice here at PBC is starting up this Wednesday Sept 9th at 8pm. If you can carry a tune and love to sing, we would love to have you join us as we celebrate the the coming of Jesus our savior this christmas season through song. You don't have to attend PBC to join anyone is welcome from ages 15 and up.

I also have a junior choir as well for Kids ages 5 to 14 and practice starts next Monday Sept 14 for junior choir right after Glow kids!! If you would like more info you can reach out to Pastor Mackenzie for all the details!!

Hello parents! Fall is quickly coming and that means fall ministries are too! Below is a quick QR code allowing you to register your kids/youth.
SS Jam
is Kindergarten to grade 5 this ministry happens during our Sunday morning service.
Glow Kids
will begin Monday September 14th 6:30-7:30 which is kindergarten to grade 5.
Youth group BLAST
will begin Tuesday September 15th 7:30-9:00 which is grade 6-12.
If needed paper copies of the registration form can be found in the church foyer.

Welcome to September! The time when all of our regular church ministries jump back into full swing after the summer break.

Pastor David and his family are back from there trip to Guatemala. We should give thanks to God for protecting them in a part of the world where safety that we take for granted does not exist.

This Sunday, pastor David will be preaching. The sermon is based on the story of The Bronze Serpent found in Numbers 21 and also referred to in John 3:14-17.

I hope everyone will feel welcome to come and worship with us on Sunday morning at 10:30 am. Remember that God loves you.
