Around the campfire, some of the most important lessons are taught simply by being present.

We are deeply grateful to the fathers who generously give their time, share their faith and skills, and lead our children by example. Your presence helps shape confidence, character, friendship, and a deeper love for Christ.

Fathers, your example can make a lasting difference. Consider volunteering with an FNE group and joining your child on an adventure filled with faith and purpose.

After fishing, we'll head to one of our leaders' properties for a campfire, BBQ, and s'mores before wrapping up around 8:30 p.m.

No fishing experience is needed—just bring your sense of adventure! 🎣 If you have fishing gear, bring it along. (A water bottle, sunscreen, bug spray, and your son's health card or government-issued ID are also recommended.)

FNE (Federation of North-American Explorers) is an outdoor adventure program that helps Catholic boys grow in character, leadership, practical skills, faith, and a love of God's creation.

What an honour to celebrate the 200th anniversary of the first official Mass celebrated in Peterborough in 1826, and to walk in the Corpus Christi procession. FNE is looking forward to contributing to the life of the diocese for the next 200 years to come!

Big week for FNE Peterborough!

This Sun Jun 7, some FNE members were invited to the Cathedral of St Peter in Chains at the 10:30 am Mass to participate in the Corpus Christi procession marking the 200th Anniversary of the first Mass in Peterborough!

And on Mon Jun 8 at 5 pm will be the year-end closing Mass celebrated by our chaplain, Fr Gaston David Giacinti at Wayside Academy. National Commissioner Paul Ritchi will also be there for the festive occasion.
