Today, we had a great time at the Forget-Me-Not Café with 18 guests and several volunteers. Chris had a craft project for us all, Stephanie had prepared a delicious 3 course lunch, and Elaine offered some fun exercises to keep us moving. Life music by Barry, René and Ken was great and encouraging to dance.
