Bayside Family Church

09/25/2026

Dear Bayside Family,

We wanted to give you a quick update as we head into this Sunday. Hydro has informed us that there will be a planned power outage in our area during service. Even so, we want you to know—church is still happening.

We’ll be running on our generator, with dimmer lighting than usual, outhouses available outside, and a stripped‑down worship set. It may look a little different, but we believe it’s going to be a beautiful, meaningful morning together.

In fact, there’s something special about gathering in simplicity. When the lights are low and the room is quiet, it reminds us that the power of the Church has never come from electricity—it comes from the Holy Spirit, who is fully present and fully at work no matter the circumstance.

Pastor Leon will be preaching, and we’re expecting God to move in a real and refreshing way.

So bring your Bible, bring your family, and come ready for a Sunday that might feel a little old‑school—but filled with the same hope, joy, and presence of Jesus.

We can’t wait to worship with you.

With love, Jackson

IMPORTANT NOTICE: Given the weather and the forecast for today. We will be relocating our morning service back to Bayside. 10 am worship. 11 am barbecue at Bayside. Afterwards all those who are intrepid will be invited to travel to the beach... even in the rain... to witness baptisms. A number of our baptism candidates have their hearts set on being baptized in the rain. We will honor this. Bring an umbrella be a part of a family on the move. The only caveat being... if there is any potential of lightning we will baptize at the church.

🙏 All-Night Prayer Vigil for Martha (and All Seeking Healing)
We are gathering for a special 12-hour, all-night prayer vigil, and we would love for you to stand with us! Whether you can stay for an hour, drop in throughout the night, or pull an all-nighter, your presence and prayers make a difference.

We encourage everyone to prayerfully consider committing to a time frame so we can ensure an active, continuous presence of prayer from dusk till dawn.

🗓 Details:
Start: Friday at 8:00 PM
End: Saturday at 8:00 AM

✝️ Preparation & Fasting:
For those who are able, we encourage joining together in a fast on Thursday as we posture our hearts and prepare to seek the Lord.

💖 Who is this for?
Our main focus during the night is interceding for Martha. However, this night is also for anyone in need of healing—whether it be physical, emotional, psychological, or spiritual. You are warmly invited to come, be surrounded by love, and receive prayer.

Day Itinerary in the comments.
