Candlelight Vigil and Outdoor Service for Ukraine will be held on February 27 at 7:00pm.

This war has now lasted longer than World War 1 and that was said to be the war to end all wars!
You are invited to attend and join others in praying for peace.
Fr. Roman Tsaplan from the Vancouver Cathedral will lead the prayers while others will sing and offer words of peace and hope.
As people in Ukraine make every effort to survive the cold and deteriorating winter conditions, let us pray.

When you meet someone deep in grief:

Slip off your needs
and set them by the door.

Enter barefoot
this darkened chapel

hollowed by loss
hallowed by sorrow

Its grey stone walls
and floor.

You, congregation
of one

are here to listen
not to sing.

Kneel in the back pew,
Make a sound,

let the candles
speak.

Service Notice for November and December:
Fr. Roman will ferry over this coming Saturday for Divine Liturgy at 10:00 am.
Saturday, November 22nd - service
Saturday, December 13th - service
Saturday, December 27th - service

As you are aware, it is our great fortune to have Fr. Roman Tsaplan ferry over early in the morning on a Saturday to bring us his special words of wisdom that bring us closer to God.
We are a very small temple and we are grateful for all those who attend, those who help maintain our building and grounds and to those who donate what they can. We function on donations and our perogy suppers so all the help we get is a help.

Thank you for attending, for bringing folks with you and for praying for others.

Thank you to everyone for attending our perogy suppers this year. We are grateful that you continue to come and join others in supporting our little temple.
We will return in the spring when the weather permits and we look foreward to seeing you all ready for another year.
Thank you so much.
