Reflection: God’s grace should shape the way we treat others. Because we have been freely forgiven for Christ’s sake, we are called to respond with kindness, compassion, and forgiveness… not because others always deserve it, but because God has shown that same mercy to us.

Today is the Third Sunday after Pentecost, and the reading is from Psalm 116: 1-2, 12-13.

I love the Lord, because he has heard the voice of my supplication, because he has inclined his ear to me whenever I called upon him.

How shall I repay the Lord for all the good things he has done for me?

I will lift up the cup of salvation and call upon the name of the Lord.
