We warmly invite everyone to join us in commemorating the Feast of St. Philopateer Mercurius and the official acknowledgment of the monastery's status as a Coptic Orthodox Church-affiliated monastic institutions under the wise leadership of His Holiness Pope Tawadros II and His Grace Bishop Mina.
We eagerly welcome everyone to come and rejoice with us, with the leadership of HG Bishop Mina.

Hello everyone, this week we will be celebrating the departure of the Holy Mother of God and the departure of St Anthony Father of monasticism.
On Thursday January 30th (Toba 21st) the convent will have a Liturgy from 9-11 am to celebrate the departure of the Holy Theotokos Virgin Mary and on Friday January 31st (Toba 22nd) to celebrate the feast of the blessed Abba Anthony father of Monasticism there will be vespers on Thursday at 7 PM and Liturgy the following day at 9 AM.

Hello everyone,
On Tuesday January 7th (Koiahk 28th), the Church celebrates the birth of our Lord Jesus Christ, who humbly left the glory of Heaven to be born in a manger.

"She gave birth to her firstborn, a son. She wrapped him in cloths and placed him in a manger, because there was no guest room available for them." Luke 2:7

Services in the convent (on Monday the 6th)
Baramon Liturgy: 8-10 AM
Vespers: 6-7 PM
Midnight Praises (Tasbeha): 7-9 PM
Nativity Liturgy: 9-10 PM
