One way to spend time in prayer, particularly if you don't like to stay still, is by using a labyrinth. A labyrinth is a spiral path that will lead you to the centre and back out again. One way to use a labyrinth is to focus on a specific question you have for God on the way in, listening for an answer, then thanking God for what you heard on the way out. You can download a picture of a labyrinth and use your finger to trace the path as you pray, or you can go to the outdoor labyrinth at All Saints Anglican in Westboro.

Everyone is invited to walk the outdoor 7-circuit labyrinth in the All Saints’ Courtyard or the 11-circuit indoor labyrinth located inside.
