St. Elizabeth Seniors Group
This group began in the Spring of 1993. Each Thursday from 12:30 to 4 p.m., a group of seniors gather at the church hall for games, billiards, cards and fellowship. Light refreshments are served. Ladies Auxiliary
The Ladies Auxiliary of St. Elizabeth has been an integral part of this parish since the turning of the sod. The ladies auxiliary offer their time and work in order to raise money for the church and help bring us together as family with original members still involved. There are meetings for members of the Ladies Auxiliary the first two weeks of each month on Wednesday evenings at 7:30 pm. New members are most welcomed. The Ladies Auxiliary also host a 'Coffee Sunday', every first Sunday of each month. 'Coffee Sundays' involve a bake sale, and are held in the church basement after the 9 a.m. masses. The Knights Of Columbus
The Knights of Columbus has established a round table at St. Elizabeth Parish. Their council consists of 35 men dedicated to the ideals of the Knights of Columbus and the needs of the Parish. The council welcomes new members. Pastoral Homecare Program
Share a gift. How blessed we are to be able to share community by gathering together to worship, to receive the Body of Christ in the Eucharist, to meet one another. There are some in our Community who can't do this because they are confined to their homes. Again this year the Pastoral Home Care Program is looking for volunteer visitors to bring the Eucharist and share a bit of time with a parishioner. If you would like to provide such a Parish service or would like to have family member visited, contact the the Parish office. Elizabeth Teen Team
The Teen Team is the youth group at St Elizabeth parish for those in their teen age years. We gather for meals, fun, fellowship and faith sharing. RCIA -- Adult Faith Formation
The RCIA is intended for adults seeking full reception into the Roman Catholic Church. The program begins in the fall and most often ends with the reception of the Sacraments of Initiation at the Easter Vigil. We explore fundamental themes in Catholic teaching; we deepen our experiences of personal and communal prayer; and we do service in the community. In 2012 - 2013, we had three candidates who were received into the Church. In 2013 - 2014, we have two catechumens who are seeking baptism, confirmation and Eucharist. Scripture Reflection Group
On Tuesday afternoons at 1:30, we gather to pray and reflect on the biblical readings for the coming Sunday Eucharistic celebration.
