In light of the news of yesterday's terrible incident at the Place D'Orléans Shopping Center, the Rhoda Foundation would like to extend our heartfelt prayers and thoughts to the victims and their families. We are also deeply grateful to the Ottawa Police for their intervention and their work in ensuring the continued safety of our neighbourhood.

After communicating with the Ottawa Police we evaluated that there is no current security threat to the Rhoda building and surroundings, and we will continue offering our usual programming and following our standard security protocols to maintain the safety of our congregants and tenants.

Anyone with information about Friday's incident is asked to contact the SIU at 1-800-787-8529.
