For the May presentation of Music at Trinity’s tenth anniversary season, we welcome back the Knapik singers and they will offer a show titled All About Love. They are a group of soloists and ensemble vocalists, under the tutor of Maria Knapik based in Ottawa bringing together different styles, talents and interests ranging from opera, choral repertoire, Broadway hits, popular music, sacred music but all with a solid musical background and training. They have prepared a programme featuring musical gems spanning several centuries of music. From famous opera choruses, delightful ensemble pieces, virtuosic solos and classics from Broadway, there is something for everyone in this concert. Here are some of the titles that will be featured in this programme: Toreador from Bizet’s masterpiece Carmen, Mozart’s delightful duet Sull’aria from Le Nozze di Figaro, tenor Andrea Bocelli’s greatest hit Con te partiro, several of Schubert’s lieder and much, much more. It is a wonderful opportunity to experience some of the most beautiful gems the broader musical repertoire has to offer. This group of singers share a vivid and contagious passion for music and for singing. Pianist Fabien Tousignant will support this wonderful group of singers on piano. This promises to be a fun, accessible and entertaining afternoon of wonderful music on Saturday May 30th 2026 at 4pm.
