As a man clothes his soul with the Garment of Humility, he expends all his energies to the uprooting of opinions which he has clung to and cherished. He is now on the path of distinguishing between Truth, which is absolute and unchangeable, and opinions about Truth, both his own and other's, which are many, subjective, and forever changing. He sees that his opinions about Rightgeousness, Goodness, Purity, Compassion, and Love are very separate and distinct from those qualities themselves, which stand on Divine Principles, and not on his opinions. Up to, and until, that point, the man had regarded his own opinions as holding great value, and the opinions of others he has marginalized by considering them as worthess. But now, standing in the place of humility, he ceases to extol his own opinions by defending them against the opinions of others, and in fact, considers his own opinions to be worthless, holding no value. He now begins to take refuge in the praxis of Goodness, no longer bound to his base desires and self-defined values, but he takes his stand upon the Divine Principles of Goodness, Purity, Compassion, and Love, incorporating them into his very character, and manifesting them in his daily life. He is now clothed in the Righteousness of Christ, which is incomprehensible to the world. Now he disregards his own opinions and speculations, and begins to live a life of perfect love towards all men. With each opinion utterly abandonded as a burden, there is an increased awareness of the Spirit, and he now comes to realize the greater meaning of Sacred Peace and Holy Freedom.
