Paging St. John's choristers Evelyn, Wayne, Karen, Detlef, Bruce, Judy, and Thomas! Please consider giving a "like" to our choir's new page, sharing it with your friends, inviting your friends, even, then joining the group exclusively for choir members. Here's a photo of Bryan's cat looking adorable to entice you.

50+ LIKES! That's great! Why not invite your friends to like our page too, especially if you're a St. John's chorister? (On the page, go to Community, then Invite Friends. It's easy.)

Today we welcomed Beth+ back from her holidays with Psalm 150 (Franck) and When the Stars Fall (Hatfield).

Your friendly neighbourhood admins are trying to figure out how to repost videos sent to us by parishioners but it's been a long day so, for now, here's a cheeky shot we took years ago when the tenors were inexplicably behind other sections. (I know, right?)

No points for recognizing Gordon, but any back of heads look familiar? Tag yourself or your friends in the comments.

Who's excited for the new season? Definitely your friendly neighbourhood admins. This Sunday we celebrate Beth+'s return from holidays with a reprise of our last anthem of last season, Franck's Psalm 150, and the motet When the Stars Fall by Stephen Hatfield...a St. John's favourite.

And so it begins! A wonderful first practice tonight. We said a sad goodbye to a longtime member and joyously welcomed back others who were away last year. Stay tuned for info about our exciting upcoming season. (Right now the admins are just too tuckered out to say any more!)

We're one day away from the first rehearsal of what promises to be our most exciting season yet, at least in the humble opinion of this nameless, faceless page (yes, it's Bryan, obviously). It's always hard to pick highlights from seasons past but I think this one helped us to love the requiem we performed last Holy Week, Howard Goodall's Eternal Light.
