THE STILLNESS is a one day retreat for young adults to step away from distraction, noise, and spiritual exhaustion in order to encounter the voice, peace, and presence of God.

In a generation shaped by hurry, burnout, anxiety, and constant stimulation, this retreat calls young adults back to intimacy with Jesus through worship, Scripture, prayer, silence, community, and rest.

We had such a great time last night during our worship through music set 🎤, studying Matthew 7:7-12 📖, and loading up on the best poutine around 🍟… made from scratch by our incredible team leaders!

👉 BE SURE TO JOIN US NEXT WEEK Thursday May 21st for our last Thursday gathering of this season!! 🔥Then we’ll be getting ready for our Tuesday summer ministry = The Patio 🙌
