A scholarship. A dream. A music camp. π΅
For Orly Alexis, music has always been more than a passionβit's a way to serve others. Using a scholarship she received in Grade 12, she created a music camp that gave children the opportunity to explore music, build confidence, and experience community.
At the end of the week, her students presented her with a handmade thank-you card covered in crooked writing and backward music notes. To them, it was just a card. To Orly, it was a reminder of why she chose education and music in the first place.
