Welcome to the month of June, Our Season of Harvest (John 4:35-36 NLT)
Happy New Month and welcome to the month of June!
As we journey into the sixth month of the year, our hearts should overflow with gratitude to God. Five months have passed, and the Lord has been faithful in preserving, protecting, providing for, and sustaining us. Indeed, we have every reason to thank Him.
The Apostle Paul reminds us in Philippians 1:6:
"Being confident of this very thing, that he which hath begun a good work in you will perform it until the day of Jesus Christ."
Whatever God has started in your life, family, ministry, career, or business, He is faithful to complete it. Therefore, remain confident in His promises and steadfast in your faith.
The number six, which represents the month of June, carries significant biblical meaning. It was on the sixth day that God created man in His own image (Genesis 1:27), and after creation, God looked upon all He had made and declared it "very good" (Genesis 1:31). Therefore, June is a month in which I pray that every one of us will experience the goodness of God in unprecedented ways.
The number six is also associated with transformation. In Matthew 17:1, after six days, Jesus took Peter, James, and John to the Mount of Transfiguration where they witnessed His glory. My prayer is that this month will bring divine encounters, spiritual elevation, and life-changing transformation to every member of our church family.
Our Father in the Lord, Pastor E.A. Adeboye, has declared June as the Month of Divine Faithfulness. One of the greatest beneficiaries of God's faithfulness in Scripture was David. In Psalm 89:20-29, God promised David divine establishment, strength, protection, victory, mercy, and lasting covenant blessings. The same God remains faithful today. His faithfulness will strengthen you, protect your household, defeat your adversaries, and establish you in every area of life.
Also, by the grace of God, this month we celebrate another RCCG Americas Continent II convention with the theme “A Second Touch” based on Mark 8:22-25. We are trusting the Lord that the One who originated the testimony in process in our lives will perfect it to the glory of His name in Jesus’ mighty name.
Furthermore, I believe that God has prophetically brought RCCG Faith Chapel Orleans and the entire ON-3 Zone into a Season of Harvest. Jesus declared in John 4:35-36 that the fields are already ripe and ready for harvest. Therefore, this is not a season for complacency but a season for action.
As we enter this harvest season, we must do the following in the minimum:
First, arise and take up our harvesting implements. God has called every believer to participate in soul-winning and Kingdom expansion. The harvest is ready, and the labourers must arise. Isaiah 61:1-3, Joel 3:13, Galatians 6:9
Second, commit to diligent Kingdom service. Harvesting requires effort, dedication, and perseverance. God blesses the work of faithful hands and rewards diligent labourers. Haggai 2:4, Proverbs 22:29, Matthew 25:21.
Third, remain grateful to the Lord of the Harvest. Every increase, breakthrough, testimony, and soul won belongs to God. Thanksgiving positions us for even greater manifestations of His blessings and favour. 1Thessalonians 5:18, Psalm 67:5-7, Deuteronomy 8:18
As we move through this month, may the Lord's faithfulness speak for you. May you experience His goodness, enjoy divine encounters, walk in supernatural favour, and become an effective labourer in His harvest field.
May June 2026 be your month of Divine Faithfulness, Transformation, Goodness, and Abundant Harvest.
Happy New Month! May this month be your very best month ever IJMN.
Soar!
PS: You are invited to join us as we wait on the Lord for the next 7 days to prepare the ground for harvest. See details in the attached.
