Just because Canada Day isn't being celebrated at the Omemee Beach Park this year due to the restoration of the park being incomplete, activities willibeheld in three different village locations you. can see below in this year's poster!

Due to park restrictions during reconstruction, the fireworks display is postponed.

Attention Omemee Food Bank Clients

Please be advised that as July 21, 2026, Omemee Food bank will no longer be providing delivery to clients.

This notification is being provided well in advance in order to give clients the opportunity to make alternate arrangements for food requirements. Clients who are incapable of attending in person may consider using a friend, another food bank client, neighbour, family member, or care worker. There will be no exceptions. Please inform the food bank by email, phone or handwritten note indicating who has permission to pick up on your behalf.

The food bank hours will also change on July 21st.

12:15 to 2:15

Clients who previously arrived early will now be required to attend at 2:15pm.

We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your understanding.
