The October 2-4, 2026 Rural Ministry Conference features practical workshops for today’s rural and small church ministry contexts. Reaching Generation Alpha is led by Kevin Guenther-Trautwein, First Third Ministry Animator, Northern Spirit Region. With research from different sources, you will hear about who Generation Alpha feel understands them, where they feel they belong, and what they say about faith and spirituality. We’ll ponder ways our communities of faith can love this generation (the oldest of which is just turning 16) in the ways Jesus calls us to.
