We want children to know how much Jesus loves them, build their personal relationship with Him and seek Him in their day to day lives. onnect to teach the truth of God’s word and encourage a lifelong relationship with Jesus. Kids Church takes place on Sundays at 10:15. Children begin in our worship service at 10:00 am with their families and are dismissed following the greeting time. At the end of the service the volunteers will bring the children back to the sanctuary for pick up. Nursery Age 0-3
Here at EPC we believe in the importance of your child’s formative years. We want to partner with families to provide spiritual growth opportunities through songs, pictures, stories and activities geared for children in their developmental years. We want all children in the nursery to feel secure, safe and loved. Our Nursery facility offers a safe, clean and engaging environment where they can play and learn. Our nursery is open at 10:00am when service begins. Children will be assigned a number and parents given a corresponding numbered tag that must be shown in order to pick up a child. If a parent is need for any reason during the service, including for diaper change, this number will be displayed on the wall of the sanctuary. All of our Children’s ministry volunteers have been properly screened with a police background check and receive training in safety. In addition we ask that parents fill out a registration form for each child (available at the check in desk) which allows us to learn more about the children in our care, including allergies and learning challenges. Due to limited volunteers and expertise, we kindly ask that any child who receives 1:1 support at school be accompanied by the same for their time in Kids Church- with a previous discussion and prior approval.
