Some people make their greatest impact not in the spotlight, but through their faithfulness behind the scenes. Ryan Bailey is one of those people.
Since joining Rhema Christian Ministries in 2018, Ryan has been a steady, dependable, and trusted servant in the house. Through his work in IT and production, he brings valuable knowledge and excellence in lighting, audio, video, cameras, and technology.
But Ryan’s greatest contribution is not simply what he does, it is the heart with which he serves.
Ryan sees a need and responds. He is reliable, responsible, approachable, and always willing to step in and help, often going beyond his assigned responsibilities. His humility, team spirit, and willingness to serve have blessed our staff, volunteers, production team, and wider Rhema family.
Ryan, your faithfulness has not gone unnoticed.
