This Sunday at 10:00am we will meet to pray, worship, mourn, and find comfort in remembering our Pastor Marty. This is an effort to continue our good rhythms of gathering- we should not give up on meeting together. That being said, if you are not ready to return to church this weekend, it is completely understood. Please join us as you feel led (and ready) to find comfort within the Body of Christ.

You can expect singing, prayer, Scripture reading, a time of brief sharing of our stories about Pastor Marty, and coffee fellowship after the service. And let's grieve with hope... not by withholding our sorrow, but by remembering that our friend Marty is in the very presence of Christ.

"Praise be to the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, the Father of compassion and the God of all comfort, who comforts us in all our troubles, so that we can comfort those in any trouble with the comfort we ourselves receive from God. For just as we share abundantly in the sufferings of Christ, so also our comfort abounds through Christ". 2 Corinthians 1:3-4

It’s been an eventful and stressful week for our community. But we’re thanking God for this sunny day and looking forward to being together tomorrow☀️

All are welcome to worship with us tomorrow morning at 10am. There will also be coffee and muffins before service at 9:30 for anyone needing some more connection and fellowship.

“Let us hold unswervingly to the hope we profess, for he who promised is faithful. And let us consider how we may spur one another on toward love and good deeds, not giving up meeting together, as some are in the habit of doing, but encouraging one another—and all the more as you see the Day approaching.” Hebrews‬ ‭10‬:‭23‬-‭25‬
