September 1st has finally arrived!

A brand new era starts today at Cedarview Community Church!

Today, Pastor Taylor Woodburn begins his ministry as our new lead pastor, and in this role, will preach his first sermon this coming Sunday, September 6th at 10:00 AM!

We are so excited to welcome Taylor, and his wife Breanna, and their three children to 1000 Gorham Street.

Taylor, we are so grateful to God for you! We have been praying for this day for so very long and we believe that God has uniquely equipped you to guide us, to teach us, and to walk alongside us.

We are excited to see how the Lord will use your heart, your wisdom, and your dedication to His Word to deepen our faith in Him and our connection with one another.

Taylor and Breanna, please know that our church family is committed to supporting and encouraging you, and to lifting you up in prayer every step of the way.

The Cedarview family will be gathering twice this Sunday to sing praises to the Lord and study his Word together!

In our 10:00 AM gathering, we’ll hear from Pastor Chad Glendenning. His message is titled: “ASSIGNED - WHEN LEADERSHIP CHANGES, GOD DOESN’T,” teaching from 1 Corinthians 3:1-17.

Then at 5:30 PM Jan Mokund will teach on “FACING THE FALL WITHOUT FREAKING OUT,” teaching from Mark 4:35-41.

It’s sure to be an amazing day in God’s House and we’re excited to welcome you and your whole family to experience His powerful presence this Sunday!

Pastor Taylor Woodburn’s first Sunday as Cedarview’s new lead pastor is fast approaching!

September 6th is going to be an amazing day in the life of our church and we hope you’ll join us as a brand new season at Cedarview begins. To God be the glory!

In the meantime, let’s continue to pray for Pastor Taylor, his wonderful wife Breanna, and their three fantastic kids as they get settled into their new home and adjust to life here in York Region!
