[LHCC] Discovering God's Will for Your Life
1 Corinthians 10:23

Many people spend their lives trying to "find" God's will, as though it were a hidden path waiting to be uncovered. Yet God's will is not primarily about discovering a destination; it is about knowing His heart. As we grow closer to Him in a relationship, His direction becomes clearer.

God's will can be understood in four dimensions:

✨ His Sovereign Will – accomplishing His perfect purposes.
✨ His Moral Will – revealed through His Word.
✨ His Permissive Will – allowing us the freedom to make choices.
✨ His Personal Will – guiding us lovingly in our daily lives.

The good news is that God is both sovereign and personal. He is in control of all things while being intimately involved in every detail of our journey. We can trust His goodness, obey His Word, and move forward with confidence, knowing that even our uncertainties, detours, and mistakes are never beyond His ability to redeem.

When we focus on knowing God rather than simply knowing the next step, we discover the freedom, peace, and assurance that come from walking in His will every day.

Love is more than a feeling; it’s a deliberate choice to sacrifice for the good of others. 💛

The Hebrew midwives demonstrated this kind of love through their courage, choosing to honour God and protect life even at great personal risk. Their example shows that real love is revealed through our actions, not just our emotions.

God gave us the ultimate example of love by loving us first and sacrificing to restore our relationship with Him. 🙏✨

The most important relationship in our lives is our relationship with God—because everything else flows from it. 🙏✨

Through the example of Abraham, we see that loving God means living by faith: trusting Him for what He has done and responding with obedience. As we grow in confidence in His faithfulness, we’re inspired to trust Him more deeply each day.

Ultimately, loving God is a daily choice—shown through obedience in all things. Our new series starts May 3. 💛

Jesus doesn’t just expose darkness—He overcomes it. When the Light of the world becomes the light of your world, you don’t have to walk in darkness anymore 💡
