You asked, and we’re happy to share!

The full collection of photos from our three-day 150th Anniversary
Celebration, held on September 4, 5, and 6, is now available on our parish website!

We’ve shared some special moments on our social media pages, but there are many more beautiful memories to discover.

Visit our parish website to see the full album and relive the joyful moments of faith, fellowship, and thanksgiving we shared as one parish family.

And if you haven’t had a chance to watch it yet, be sure to watch the historical video of St. Peter’s! It is a beautiful journey through our parish’s history and a wonderful reminder of the faith and dedication of the generations who came before us.

May these photographs and the historical video remind us of God’s faithfulness throughout the past 150 years and inspire us to continue building a parish community rooted in faith, love, service, and unity.

Thank you to everyone who joined us, served, volunteered, and helped make this celebration a truly blessed and memorable occasion.

To God be the glory for 150 years of grace and blessings!

Following our Anniversary Mass, we gathered together for a wonderful evening filled with good food, laughter, music, and fellowship.

Our 150th Anniversary Potluck Celebration brought our parish community together around the table, with delicious dishes shared and beautiful cultural presentations that celebrated the many cultures and traditions that make St. Peter’s so special. 🌎✨

A heartfelt thank you to everyone who prepared food, shared their talents, helped behind the scenes, and joined us in making this evening such a memorable celebration.

On September 5, we gathered in thanksgiving to celebrate 150 years of St. Peter’s.

We were blessed to have Bishop Gary Gordon celebrate our Anniversary Mass, concelebrating with our pastor, Fr. Kenneth Uwaoma, and Fr. Stepan Vytvytskyi of St. Michael the Archangel Parish in Nanaimo. Their presence and shared celebration of the Eucharist made this special milestone even more meaningful for our parish community.

It was a beautiful and meaningful gathering of faith and community, honouring the many years of our parish journey. ❤️

As we look back with gratitude, we also look forward with hope to all that God has in store for St. Peter’s Parish. 🙏✨
