On Thursday, May 28, the last Seniors' Luncheon for this season was held. Amazing food, great fellowship and teamwork in conjunction with the Wellness Committee of Nackawic. Thanks to everybody who works so tirelessly to achieve these beautiful meals. Hopefully, we will be able to offer them again in the fall. Watch the bulletin board at The Kirk and The Key for more info.

Good day, folks!
As many of you know, Berna Glenn has decided to move into a new home in Fredericton. We will miss her dearly, so as a send-off, we will be thanking her for her many years of faithful service and friendship to this community of faith. After church at the Kirk, on Sunday, May 31, we will have a get-together for her. Please join us as we bless her new journey.

Folks, there are days that you just gotta look skyward and ask, "What have we done?" But, here it is, another icky day. The decision has been made to have a joint service at 11 at the Kirk. We will have communion and our Easter Bonnet parade. Be safe

Ok folks, here is the latest on the service for today. Because you are all now under a yellow warning for freezing rain, I have decided to cancel the service for today. I will record and upload the service later this morning. Not what I wanted to do, but your's and my safety is the first priority.

Have a safe day, see you Sunday..Don't forget your bonnets!
Blessings

Good day, folks. Maundy service tonight starting at 5pm with a potluck after.
On another note, tomorrow is scheduled to be a messy driving day, and we may have to cancel the Good Friday service at Living Waters. If that happens, I will post here, and the call list will be activated. I will also record and upload a shortened version to this site.
I hope to see you all tonight.
Blessings, Bev

Good day, folks! Sorry, it has been a while since I've let you know what is going on. I've been on study leave, and it has been busy getting back.
That being said, we have a few announcements:
TIME "SPRINGS FORWARD" THIS WEEKEND. Church may seem earlier, cause, well, it will be. Still at 11, but....
This is the third Sunday in Lent. How are you preparing for it?
This Sunday is also the AGM. We will be holding it right after church. This is important stuff, so please stay after. The Keurig will be well stocked.
Looking ahead, Palm Sunday will be a bit different. Does anybody have the acting bug? The Worship Committee would love to hear from you!
MaundyThursday will be a joint service with a potluck after. This will be held at The Kirk starting at 5pm.
Good Friday Service will be at 10am at Living Waters.
Easter Sunday is Communion Sunday. Also, we are going to have a bonnet/hat contest. Prize TBD. After such a heavy season of Lent, we need to laugh and rejoice!

Blessings, and be good to one another!

Good chilly Saturday, folks:
I received a call from Mark, Karen's husband, and he has asked me to pass this along to you all. I will also have it in the bulletins and announcements. Also, please remember your food bank donations. Blessings

It is with a very heavy heart that we announce the unexpected passing of Karen Kavanagh on January 19th, 2026. Through her professional career and volunteer efforts, Karen touched the lives of many people. She was a kind, caring person who invariably put the needs and interests of others ahead of her own. She worked hard, and enrolled others, to help make our community more kind, caring, and accepting.
I hope you will join us and consider saying a few words to share in our joyful memories of Karen.
You are invited to Karen's Celebration of Life on February 15th, 2:00 p.m. at the Elks Club, lower level 123 Connell street Woodstock.

Sincerely,
Mark Kavanagh
