The and Nackawic and Area Wellness Committee are partnering up to offeringa FREE session of LivingWorks SafeTALK training in Nackawic this fall.

SafeTALK is a 4 hour training designed to help anyone in the community to be able to recognize the signs of su***de, engage conversations of support with someone, and discuss supports to be able to help those experiencing thoughts of su***de.

This training will take place at the Kirk United Church and Lunch is provided.

Good day, everybody! Just got off the phone with the Valley Food Bank. I asked about a school supply list, and it seems they have nothing to hand out. So, here is the challenge. Let's give them something to hand out. I was told they need everything and anything! Can we do it? Let's fill some book bags!

Sorry for the late post, but things have been busy.
Communion is June 28,
9:15 Living Waters in Prince William
11:00 in Nackawic at the Kirk

The Kirk will be closed in July. Services will be held at Living Waters, 6662 Rte 102, at 10 am

We welcome Heather Donnelly on July 5th and 26th to lead services, and Mary Grant on July 12th and 19th. Welcome, ladies, and thank you very much for leading worship!

Pastor Bev is taking her vacation in July, and Rev. Alice Finnamore has agreed to be the emergency pastoral care contact. Contact Ann Brewer for her number if you need assistance while I am away.

On Thursday, May 28, the last Seniors' Luncheon for this season was held. Amazing food, great fellowship and teamwork in conjunction with the Wellness Committee of Nackawic. Thanks to everybody who works so tirelessly to achieve these beautiful meals. Hopefully, we will be able to offer them again in the fall. Good day, folks!
As many of you know, Berna Glenn has decided to move into a new home in Fredericton. We will miss her dearly, so as a send-off, we will be thanking her for her many years of faithful service and friendship to this community of faith. After church at the Kirk, on Sunday, May 31, we will have a get-together for her. Please join us as we bless her new journey.

Sad news to share today folks. Rev. Greg Williams passed away yesterday May 6. Our thoughts and prayers are with Barb and family as they navigate this road of grief. No word yet on services.
