Weekly Scripture Reflection

The Lord is my strength and song, and he is become my salvation: he is my God, and I will prepare him an habitation; my father's God, and I will exalt him. - Exodus 15:2

Yesterday I went to town, once there I checked my wallet before going into the store. (This is a bad habit due to me misplacing my items) I realize I made it all the way to town without my debit card. It was also at this time that I also looked down at my gas gauge and realized I was on E. My first natural instinct was the panic however, I was able to quickly turn it around and instead of telling my God, how big my problem was, I told my problem how big my God was. I was able to drive 25 minutes out of town back home, retrieve my debit card and still make it to the gas station to fill up. I wanna thank God for getting me home and getting me to the gas station. I know that without him it wouldn’t have happened.

Weekly Scripture Reflection

“He hath made every thing beautiful in his time: also he hath set the world in their heart, so that no man can find out the work that God maketh from the beginning to the end.” Ecclesiastes 3:11

Ecclesiastes 3:11 speaks to the heart of our existence and our relationship with time. The verse emphasizes that God has made everything beautiful in His own time. This profound truth reminds us that everything we experience has a purpose, even if we cannot see it immediately. It asks us to trust in God’s timing as we live our lives. This also reveals that there is an intricate plan that we may not fully comprehend. As we observe the world around us, it becomes clear that despite the chaos of daily life, God is at work, coordinating events for His glory and our benefit.

Good Morning everyone,

I want to apologize for the lack of Daily Scripture Reflection for the past two days.

There is only one person working on finding Scriptures, creating images, and posting everyday. It was a great idea to have a daily post however, it has proven to be too much for one person to handle therefore, we are moving to once a week posting. Every Wednesday morning there will be a new scripture presented.

If you are still interested in continuing to do a daily schedule reflection the image contains several of the verses we were planning to use. If you have any questions please feel free to DM us and we will get back to you asap.

I look forward to seeing you all every Wednesday morning. Until tomorrow morning have a beautiful and blessed day.

Daily Scripture Reflection

“To every thing there is a season, and a time to every purpose under the heaven:”
- Ecclesiastes 3:1

This verse sets the tone for one of the most rememberable passages in Ecclesiastes. It reminds us that life is filled with different seasons. Just like the seasons of the year, where we experience spring, summer, fall, and winter, our lives also go through various phases. We can think of these seasons as moments of happiness, sadness, struggle, and triumph. Each season has its own purpose, and that’s what Ecclesiastes 3:1 beautifully illustrates.

When we read this verse, we are encouraged to recognize that nothing is permanent. Every moment, whether good or bad, will eventually change. This realization helps us to embrace each moment, knowing that a tough situation won’t last forever, and a joyful time should be cherished.

May you feel comfort in know whatever season you are in that it won’t last so enjoy the happy moments and endure the bad ones, for God is with you and a new beginning is coming.

Daily Scripture Reflection

“For I know the thoughts that I think toward you, saith the Lord, thoughts of peace, and not of evil, to give you an expected end.”
Jeremiah 29:11

We often find ourselves wondering about our future and what lies ahead, and this verse reminds us that God has a plan. Jeremiah 29:11 shows us that God thinks about us with good intentions and desires for our lives to be filled with hope and purpose. That is such a comforting thought, knowing that we are not just wandering aimlessly through life.

This message is particularly significant when we face difficult times. It’s easy to feel lost or uncertain, but this verse offers a sense of security. God isn’t just a passive observer of our lives; He is actively involved in shaping our path. When we read that He has thoughts of peace, it assures us that even our challenges have a purpose. We can find rest in knowing that God is working things out for our good, even when we struggle to see how.

Daily Scripture Reflection

“And be not conformed to this world: but be ye transformed by the renewing of your mind, that ye may prove what is that good, and acceptable, and perfect, will of God.” -Romans 12:2

Romans 12:2 is a powerful and meaningful verse that guides us on how to live in a world that often promotes values opposite to those we believe in.

The phrase “be not conformed to this world” urges us to resist the temptation to imitate the behaviors, attitudes, and standards that the world promotes. Conforming means blending in, going with the flow, and allowing outside influences to dictate how we think and behave. Instead, Paul calls us to a higher standard—a transformative experience. This transformation begins with the renewing of our minds. It signifies a mental shift, where we transform our thoughts and values to align with God’s will.

The renewing of our mind involves more than just superficial changes. It requires in-depth reflection, prayer, and a commitment to engage with God’s Word consistently. When we renew our minds, we open ourselves to understanding God’s desires for us, helping us to discern His good, acceptable, and perfect will.

Daily Scripture Reflection

As stated in our previous post this month we will be looking at verses that have a theme of beginning.

Sometimes a beginning can come in the middle of a tribulation. This was the case for a very faithful man God loved very much. His name was Job.

“Though thy beginning was small, yet thy latter end should greatly increase.” - Job 8:7

The verse in Job 8:7 speaks a powerful truth about our lives and the potential for growth and improvement. In this verse, we are reminded that even though beginnings may seem small or insignificant, there is hope for a greater future.

Job is speaking to, Bildad, his friend. Bildad makes this declaration to encourage Job in his time of suffering. Job had experienced immense loss, hardships, and trials that seemed unending. In the midst of his pain, Bildad points to what could be if Job remains faithful. This is a beautiful reminder that our current circumstances do not define our future outcomes. No matter how challenging our current circumstances appear, there is potential for growth, restoration, and greatness if we keep moving forward in faith.

I encourage you to read the book of Job. There are many great lessons and reminders within the account of Job.

Also please feel free to save this or any of our Daily Scripture Reflection pictures for your Phone’s wallpaper.

Daily Scripture Reflection

As we Begin a new year. This month we will look at beginnings in scripture. The first beginning is probably the most recognizable beginning. The beginning of the world.

Found in Genesis 1:1-2
1.In the beginning God created the heaven and the earth.
2. And the earth was without form, and void; and darkness was upon the face of the deep. And the Spirit of God moved upon the face of the waters.

This being the beginning of the Bible shows how our God started to create our world.

To read the whole creation story read Genesis chapters 1 and 2.
