You aren't imagining it. The Bible calls it spiritual warfare.

This Sunday at MFP.Church, Pastor Wade is launching a brand-new 4-week series called STAND, diving deep into Ephesians 6:10–20. As a church family, we believe in leaning deep into who God is, discovering the bold strength He gives us, and learning together what it truly means to follow Jesus through every season of life.

Whether you’ve been following Jesus for decades or you’re just trying to make sense of your spiritual journey, you belong here. Come find out how to suit up, stand strong, and prepare for victory.

🗓 Starting this Sunday, June 7 at 10:00 AM
📍 In-Person: 259 Fergus St. S.

Tired of pretending you have it all together? 🎭

Let’s be honest: our culture is obsessed with curated lives, perfect feeds, and the phrase “I’m fine.” We hide our weaknesses, sweep our messes under the rug, and carry the heavy weight of our mistakes all by ourselves because we’re terrified of what people would think if they saw the real us.

But hiding doesn’t protect you. It just leaves you isolated and exhausted.

Yesterday, we wrapped up our series on what it means to live an Unshakable life, and we hit the heaviest topic yet: the freedom of dropping the mask.

In the church world, we call it confession. But to the rest of the world, it just means finally being honest. It means dragging the hidden things into the light so they lose their power over you.

Here’s the truth: Real strength isn’t pretending you never fall. Real strength is being brave enough to say, “I messed up, I’m hurting, and I can’t carry this alone.”

Jesus doesn’t ask you to fix your life before you come to Him. He meets you right in the middle of the mess, grabs the heavy weights you’re carrying, and offers you a completely clean slate.

If you are tired of running, tired of pretending, and ready to experience a love that knows everything about you and still accepts you, there is a seat for you here.

No masks required. Come exactly as you are this Sunday.

⚡️ P.S. A look ahead: Now that we’ve finished our training on how to stay anchored, it’s time to learn how to stand our ground. This coming Sunday, we are launching a brand-new series on Spiritual Warfare. If you’ve ever felt like you’re fighting an invisible battle in your mind, your relationships, or your life, you won’t want to miss this.

Pride, a $10 prize, and a totally scrambled Rubik’s Cube. 😅

On Sunday, Pastor David talked about his childhood attempt to solve a Rubik’s cube without any help. He tried to force it to work using his own limited knowledge, only to end up stuck.

He finally had to do the one thing we all hate doing: he read the instructions.

We all do this in life, don’t we? We try to fix our problems on our own until things get overwhelmingly chaotic.

But the “risk” in real life is much higher than a $10 prize.

The good news?

You don’t have to navigate the confusion alone. There is a guide to help you find your footing when life gets complicated.

No matter where you are in life, there is a place for you here to ask questions, find community, and get “un-scrambled.”

Have you ever looked up at the stars (or even just looked in the mirror) and wondered: “Does God actually see me? Does He have anything to say to me?”

It’s one of the deepest longings we all have (from the beginning of time) to be known and to be seen.

This Sunday at MFP.Church as we continue our Unshakable series, Pastor David is talking about the Bible in a way you might not have heard before.

We’re not looking at it as a list of "do's and don'ts" or a dusty history book.

We’re looking at it as a letter from Heaven.

Imagine being handed a personal message from the One who made you…. full of encouragement, wisdom for your toughest days, and a reminder that you aren’t navigating this life alone.

That’s what "studying the Word" is really about. It’s about opening that letter and finally hearing what He has to say to you.

The Best Part? 🍝 After the service, you don't have to rush off to find lunch. Our Youth Group is hosting a Pasta Dinner Fundraiser!
* The Food: Delicious pasta.
* The Cost: It’s "by donation" give whatever you’re comfortable with.
* The Cause: Every bit helps our students get to retreats this year!

Whether you’re looking for some peace of mind or just a great meal and a friendly hello, we’d love to see you there.

🗓️ When: THIS SUNDAY *May 17
📍 Where: 259 Fergus St. S
👕 Dress code: Whatever you’re wearing right now is fine with us.

Come for the perspective, stay for the pasta!

Invest in the next generation (and skip the Sunday dishes! 🍝)

Our students are dreaming big this year, and this Sunday, you can help get them there. Whether it’s camp, missions, or community service, every plate of spaghetti helps fuel their journey with Jesus.

Join us right after the 10 AM service for a family-style meal. It’s more than a fundraiser, it’s a chance to sit across the table from one another and share a meal with the family.

Coming with a crowd? Drop a comment below with your family count so we can keep the water boiling! 👇

we see you.

we see you in the grocery store aisles, trying to focus on a list while your heart is breaking for your child. we see you in the parking lot, taking that deep breath before you go inside because you aren’t sure you have anything left to give.

most of the world will tell you that the answer is to “focus on yourself” or just “be strong.” but let’s be honest: when the world is shaking, “being strong” feels impossible.

the truth is, you weren’t meant to carry it all.

this past week, we’ve been reminded that people aren’t looking for a religion or a perfect “churchy” life. you are looking for a real encounter with a real God. you’re looking for someone to stop, look you in the eye, and say, “i hear you. i’m with you. and there is a God who loves you more than you can imagine.”

we believe that Jesus is the answer. not because it’s a nice thing to say on a Sunday, but because He is the only one who meets us in the dirt, in the mess, and in the middle of the pain. He doesn’t ask you to “get it together” first; He just asks you to come to Him.

if you are tired of pretending you’re “fine”...
if you are desperate for someone to hear you and pray with you...
if you just need to know that God is real...

you aren’t alone. we are a community of people who have been exactly where you are. we’re not spectators; we’re people who have found an Unshakable hope in the middle of the storm, and we want to share it with you.

there is a seat at the table for you this Sunday.
no masks required.
just come as you are.
