Can you help share a warm holiday meal and a bag of warmth? Plans for our Annual Christmas Lunch for our Neighbours on the streets are underway, and we are looking for donations to support the costs of the meal and a gift bag with warm gloves, socks and essential toiletries. Nafissah Rahman, our co-founder, has started another project you might be interested in and it's also hosted St. George's Anglican Church. Thanks to you and your Shathi Sisters for making these delicious and nutritious meals, and Kosala Liyanage for making sure the food is distributed where the need is most!

With food insecurity becoming a bigger problem since the start of the COVID-19 pandemic, five women are cooking up a storm to help hundreds of Montrealers in need.

Une très belle nouvelle pour nos partenaires Resilience Montreal et Native Women's Shelter of Montreal/Foyer Pour Femmes. Félicitations à Nakuset et à son équipe qui mèneront à terme ce projet important : la construction d’une maison d’aide aux femmes autochtones, qui offrira en même temps une deuxième vie à un ancien édifice patrimonial.

Cette maison de deuxième étape comptera sur une équipe de pédiatrie sociale du Dr Julien.

Fabulous news for our outreach partners Resilience Montreal and the Native Women's Shelter of Montreal/Foyer Pour Femmes. Congratulations to Nakuset Cree Nation and your team! Redeveloping a heritage building and serving Indigenous Women in need...
