We are excited to announce that we are launching our first teen summer camp for boys and girls. This camp is focused on strengthening student's Deen, building confidence in their Muslim identity, and giving them a safe environment where they feel they belong.

If you have teens or know anyone who does, please let them know about our summer camp.

Assalamualaikum warahmatullah,

*Laws like Bill 09 limit our religious freedom; from stopping our Muslim sisters from wearing hijab in daycare to banning prayer in educational institutions and even outdoors*. There is currently an official government petition to sign, *but today is the deadline to sign it*.

*We currently have 14,400 signatures, and we need 15,000 for a stronger impact.* MNA Guillaume Cliche Rivard has said he will speak out in the media if we reach between 15,000–20,000 signatures.

With the passing of Bill 09, it is more important than ever for Muslim children to have a safe space where they can feel confident in their Muslim identity. Alhamdulillah, we have been running Taqwa Summer Camp for the past 9 years, and we absolutely love teaching and supporting our students.

Our mission is to help children build a strong Muslim identity while forming meaningful friendships in a safe, fun, and engaging environment.

We are also planning a camp for teenagers God willing; more details to follow.

Avec l’adoption du projet de loi 09, il est plus important que jamais que les enfants musulmans aient un espace sûr où ils peuvent se sentir confiants dans leur identité musulmane. Alhamdulillah, nous organisons le Camp d’été Taqwa depuis 9 ans et nous aimons profondément enseigner et accompagner nos élèves.

Notre mission est d’aider les enfants à construire une identité musulmane solide tout en développant des amitiés sincères dans un environnement sûr, amusant et stimulant.
