🏛️ Le Monument à saint Joseph franchit une nouvelle étape de sa restauration.
Après une première étape consacrée aux lampadaires du monument, restaurés par l’atelier de ferronnerie Atelier Simon Thillou, une seconde phase vient de débuter !
Le 27 août, les quatre sculptures représentant des anges ont été retirées du monument. Ceci, afin d’être transportées et entreposées pendant plusieurs mois dans les ateliers de DL Héritage, l’entreprise de restauration mandatée pour cette seconde phase.

Dans l’objectif de préserver notre patrimoine artistique et historique, les sculptures vont soigneusement être examinées, nettoyées et traitées avant leur retour à l’Oratoire.

🏛️ The Monument to Saint Joseph reaches a new step in its restoration.
Following an initial phase focused on the monument’s street lamps - restored by the metalwork workshop Atelier Simon Thillou - a second phase has just begun!
On August 27, the four sculptures depicting angels were removed from the monument. They will be transported and stored for several months at the workshops of DL Héritage, the restoration company commissioned for this second phase.

With the goal of preserving our artistic and historical heritage, the sculptures will be carefully examined, cleaned, and treated before their return to the Oratory.
