Our story

SouthWest United Church was formed in May of 2007 as a result of the amalgamation of Verdun United Church and Crawford Park United Churches. The church, at 1445 Clemenceau is where we have Sunday services every week at 10AM, as well as weddings, baptisms etc.

SouthWest United Church is part of the United Church of Canada family of churches. Our roots go as far back as the founding of the Verdun Methodist Church in 1899 at 129 rue De L’Eglise, Verdun, Quebec. Our history is a family church involved in the community, offering service, friendship and worship.
