Plus de 35 cyclistes se sont déjà inscrits pour nous rejoindre le samedi 12 septembre, dans toutes les catégories de distance : 12, 25, 50 et 100 km. Un trajet incluant le REM est prévu pour le parcours de 50 km, tandis que l'itinéraire de 100 km vous fera emprunter l'un des formidables traversiers de Montréal.

Venez rouler avec nous pour que les gens de mer ne se sentent jamais seuls. En participant, vous soutenez l'aumônerie, la sécurité des transports et un Centre des gens de mer accueillant pour les équipages loin de chez eux. Au plaisir de vous y voir !

More than 35 riders are signed up to join us on Saturday, September 12 in every distance category: 12, 25, 50 and 100 km. A REM ride is integrated in the 50 km and you'll find yourself using one of Montreal's fabulous ferries if you sign up for the 100 km.

Come ride together so seafarers are never alone. By participating, you support chaplaincy, safe transport, and a welcoming Seafarers’ Centre for crew far from home. Hope to see you there!

Today Chaplain David Rozeboom had the chance to take Rev. Pronk and his family on board a vessel to spend time with the crew. He's a former officer on merchant ships and also worked at the Royal Dutch Navy. He has been pastor of Providence Reformed Church in Grand Rapids, Michigan, USA since 2022.

Rev. Pronk mentioned how he regularly visited Seafarers' Centres during his career as a seafarer and how they provided a place of relief from the routine of ship life. We hope that never changes!

Today is Megha's last day with us as a summer intern. It has been a pleasure having you with us for the past 2 months and we wish you God's blessing in your future studies!

We were thrilled that former chaplain Mike Winnowski and his wife Beth came to visit us at the Seafarers' Centre today. Mike served as an intern in the late '80s and then as chaplain in the 90s. It was their first time seeing the new Centre. Catching up with old friends was precious!
