Nous avons l’honneur de vous annoncer la réouverture du Centre Islamique Al Jazira (CIAJ) le lundi 29 juin 2020 à partir de la prière du matin au fajr à 4h00.

En effet Chafik Ben Rejeb, le responsable du groupe logistique qui a déployé avec l’équipe de bénévoles, que nous remercions au passage, d’énormes efforts pour préparer le centre et le mettre en conformité avec le protocole et directive de santé publique.

Un formulaire pour enregistrer les noms des fidèles qui souhaitent assister à la prière devra être rempli à l’avance ou une fois sur place.

Un protocole existe. Il est affiché dans la mosquée. Nous vous prions de le suivre scrupuleusement.
Des bénévoles désignés par CIAJ et identifiables avec des gilets orange vous prendront en charge pour vous guider et indiquer la marche à suivre depuis l’entrée.

Tous les membres et les personnes bénéficiaires qui souhaitent se retrouver en paix, prier et se recueillir sont les bienvenus.

Puisse Allah nous aider à ramener la paix dans la mosquée et à se réconcilier avec nos frères de l'Islam.

We have the honor to announce the reopening of the Al Jazeera Islamic Center (AJIC) on Monday June 29, 2020 from the prayer of the fajr. Iqama is 4.00 am.

Indeed Chafik Ben Rejeb, the head of the logistics group who deployed with the team of volunteers, whom we thank at the
same time, enormous efforts to prepare the center and bring it into compliance with the protocol and directive of public
health.

A form to record the names of the faithful who wish to attend the prayer should be completed in advance or once on site
at the mosque.

إخوتي وأخواتي الأعزاء ،
الأخبار الأخيرة ، ولا سيما إعلان الدكتور هوراسيو أرودا المدير الوطني للصحة العامة ، تؤكد أنه يمكن الولوج إلى أماكن العبادة من جديد ابتداء من يوم الإثنين 22 يونيو.
علما أنه في الوقت الحالي ، لم يتم الكشف عن "تفاصيل" بشأن إزالة الحجر الصحي لأماكن العبادة.
أولويتنا الأولى هي صحة المصلين وامتثال المركز لقوانين المقاطعة.
نحن نستعد للترحيب بكم في ظروف آمنة وفقًا للتدابير التي يتطلبها بروتوكول الصحة العامة.

Shura Council Statement on COVID-19 June 21st, 2020
Dear Brothers and Sisters,
Recent news, notably the announcement by Dr Horacio Arruda, National Director of Public Health, confirms that places of worship could be accessible again by June 22.
Note that for the time being, no 'details' have been released regarding the deconfinement of places of worship.
Our first priority is your health and the centre's compliance with provincial laws and regulations.
We are preparing to welcome you in safe conditions according to the measures required by the Public Health protocol.
The logistics team is working hard and will communicate all compliance details later.
The Council will keep you informed of the date of the official reopening of the center and the prayer protocol to follow.

L’actualité récente, notamment l’annonce du Dr Horacio Arruda, Directeur national de santé publique, confirme que les lieux de culte pourront être de nouveau accessibles dès le 22 juin.
Sachez que pour l’heure aucun 'détail' au sujet du déconfinement des lieux de culte n’a été communiqué.
Notre première priorité est votre santé et la conformité du centre aux lois et consignes provinciales.
Nous sommes entrain de nous préparer afin de vous accueillir dans des conditions sécuritaires selon les mesures exigées par le protocole de la Santé publique.

السلام عليكم ورحمه الله وبركاته ،

نود أن نذكر ونؤكد أن إغلاق المدرسة "مؤقت" حتى نتمكن من إعادة تسجيل الأطفال والتوقيع على وثيقة إخلاء المسؤولية.
أي معلومات عن إغلاق دائم للمدرسة هي مجرد كذبة لغرض التلاعب بالرأي العام.

نذكر أنه تم عزل المتطوعين على إدارة المدرسة بعد عدم تعاونهما مع المكتب التنفيذي. هذا الأخير سوف يستعيد إدارة المدرسة حتى يتمكن من إعادة فتحها في الأيام القليلة القادمة.

As salam alaykoum wa rahamtoAllah wa barakatouh,

We would like to remind and emphasize that the school’s closure is purely “temporary” while we can re-register the children and sign the release of the responsibility document.
Any information that the school is permanently closed is a lie for the purpose of manipulating public opinion.

We’d like to inform you that the two volunteers were released from the management of the school following their non-collaboration with the Executive Committee. The latter will regain control in order to reopen the school in the coming days.

Nous aimerions rappeler et souligner que la fermeture de l’école est purement “temporaire” le temps de pouvoir ré-inscrire les enfants et signer le document de décharge de responsabilité.
Toute information, comme quoi la fermeture de l’école est définitive est un pur mensonge pour des fins de manipulation de l’opinion publique.

Nous rappelons que les deux volontaires ont été remerciées de la gestion de l’école suite à leur non collaboration avec le Bureau Exécutif. Ce dernier reprendra le contrôle afin de réouvrir l’école dans les prochaines jours.

À date d’aujourd’hui, 8 enfants se sont réinscrits et nous invitons tous les autres parents à remplir le formulaire suivant : http://tiny.cc/pcdzjz

بعد إعلاننا عن الإغلاق "المؤقت" للمدرسة القرآنية، تلقينا ردود فعل من بعض الآباء. كان بعضهم متفهمون وأبدوا رغبتهم في التعاون من أجل تقصير مدة الإنقطاع وفتح المدرسة في أقرب وقت ممكن.
البعض الآخر أقل، وهو متفهم تمامًا ولكننا نعول دائمًا على تعاونهم.

نذكرك بأن إرادتنا هي فقط أن نكون قادرين على تثقيف أطفالنا في إطار قانوني وآمن. نحن نقدر التعليم القرآني بقدر ما يقدر آباء الطلاب.

يعمل فريق المكتب التنفيذي على خطة قصيرة ومتوسطة وطويلة الأجل لإعادة هيكلة المدرسة وجعلها متوافقة مع القانون.

As salam alaykoum wa rahamtoAllah wa barakatouh,

Following our announcement of the 'temporary' closure of the Koranic school, we had feedback from a few parents. Some were understanding and displayed their willingness to collaborate in order to shorten the duration of the break and to have the school open as soon as possible.
Others a little less, which is completely understanding but we always count on their collaboration.

We remind you that our will is only to be able to educate our children in a legal and secure framework. We value Koranic education as much as the parents of the students.

The executive office team is working on a short, medium and long term plan to restructure the school and make it legally compliant.

Until the short term plan is ready we need parents to be able to get in touch with the executive office as soon as possible. For this, please fill in the following form: http://tiny.cc/pcdzjz

As salam alaykoum wa rahamtoAllah wa barakatouh,

Suite à notre annonce de fermeture 'temporaire' de l'école coranique, nous avons eu le feed-back de quelques parents. Certains étaient compréhensifs et ont affiché leurs volontés de collaboration afin de racourcir la durée de la pause et afin que l'école ouvre dans les plus brefs délais.
D'autres un peu moins, ce qui est complètement compréhensif mais nous comptons toujours sur leur collaboration.

Nous rappelons que notre volonté est uniquement de pouvoir éduquer nos enfants dans un cadre légal et sécurisé. Nous tenons à l'éducation coranique autant que les parents des élèves.

L'équipe de bureau exécutif est en train de travailler sur un plan à court, moyen et long terme pour restructurer l'école et la rendre conforme légalement.

En attendant, que le plan court terme soit prêt, nous avons besoin que les parents puissent entrer en contact avec le bureau exécutif dans le plus brefs délai. Pour ce, merci de remplir le formulaire suivant : http://tiny.cc/pcdzjz

Une fermeture même temporaire est toujours une mauvaise nouvelle. Cependant, aidez nous afin de pouvoir la rendre la plus courte possible et voir nos enfants en classe à nouveau.
