Ray of Hope Soup Kitchen Meals served Monday through Friday, 10:30 am - 12:00 pm Operating out of the basement of St.

With the support and leadership of Father Peter McKee the Knights of Columbus founded the Ray of Hope Needy Kitchen (the “Kitchen”) in 1984….the first soup kitchen in southeastern NB

Both the Knights and Father Peter recognized a need to help the homeless and financially challenged in Moncton by providing them with a hot nutritious and most importantly “FREE” meal. Augustine’s Roman Catholic chur

Over the years we have served well over 750,000 meals

The Kitchen is a registered charity employing a full time cook, a manager supported by a volunteer board of directors. We are located at

122 meals served today! Sometimes love looks like a home cooked meal and a comfortable table to sit and enjoy it. One of our folks said he feels like he is eating at home when he comes in for a meal. That was one of the nicest compliments to our cook. Have a blessed weekend everyone 🙏🏻❤️

We were so saddened to hear of the passing of our dear friend, Ed. He was a valuable member of our soup kitchen team and put in countless hours with us. Our sincere condolences to his wife Karen and family. Until we meet again, RIP Ed🙏🏻
