Yes, the Psalmist concludes his prayer knowing that salvation does come from the LORD, and He does bless His people, no matter what hurtful things the wicked may say about us believers of God Almighty. We thank you Heavenly Father that Salvation does come from You.

The Psalmist prays that when many are saying there is no salvation in God he knows that the LORD is with him lifting him up. Dear LORD God lift us up with the hope of salvation in You.

This is a warning to all in government. Verse 12 continues saying, "Kiss the Son, lest He be angry, and you perish in the way, for His wrath is quickly kindled. Blessed are all who take refuge in Him." Dear Lord God please help our country return to Jesus.
