The question is, "Is Christ enough?"

When Christ is Enough

While You Still Hear His Voice
(John 8:21–30)

God has ordained the preaching of His Word as the means by which sinners hear the truth of Christ. But preaching will not continue forever.

There came a moment when the voice of Christ was no longer heard publicly among the people. The cross stood before them. Judgment had come. The same Christ they ignored became the very One they crucified.

Today, the church carries that same message: Christ crucified.

To delay obedience to Christ is not neutrality. It is rejection. Delayed repentance is ignored truth. Faith responds when God speaks.

Every sermon heard, every gospel invitation ignored, every conviction resisted hardens the heart further. One day, the preaching will stop. One day, the voice you continually refused to hear will no longer call.

And when that day comes, it will be too late.

“Today, if you hear His voice, do not harden your hearts.” — Hebrews 3:15
