It has been a month since we had the privilege of hosting 60–70 pastors and leaders from OFMF - Ontario Filipino Ministerial Fellowship.

OFMF gathers Filipino ministers from across Ontario monthly and come together to fellowship, encourage one another, and be strengthened in the Lord. We were honored to host them for the month of May 2026. Gatherings like these remind us of the beautiful unity Jesus prayed for in John 17—a people joined together by our love for God, for one another, and for the communities He has entrusted to our care.

We were also encouraged by the ministry update shared by FEBC Philippines National Director, Bro. Luis “Lucho” Castillo. Through radio broadcasting and an expanding digital ministry, FEBC continues to faithfully proclaim the Gospel and reach people across nations with the good news of Jesus Christ. We rejoice in how God is opening new doors for His Word to be heard by those who have yet to know Him.

As the evening concluded, we had the joy of blessing each pastor with a hat embroidered with a simple but meaningful reminder: we are all called to sow, plant, water, and gather the harvest for the Kingdom of God—not by our own strength, but by His grace and empowerment, and each through their own giftings and calling.

To all the pastors, leaders, and ministers of OFMF: thank you. We honor your faithfulness, your sacrifice, and your commitment to serving Christ and His Church. Though we serve in different congregations and communities, we labor together for one purpose—not to build our own names, but to exalt Jesus Christ and see many come into His Kingdom.

From all of us, thank you for allowing us to serve you. We stand with you as co-laborers in Christ, committed to reaching our families, neighborhoods, cities, and the nations for the glory of God alone.

True faith trusts God even when the full picture is not yet visible. It frees us from the anxieties that keep us stuck and anchors our hearts in His promises.

The nobleman’s journey was not just from hearing about Jesus to meeting Him, but from hearing about Him to believing His word, allowing him to walk in peace instead of panic.

Ready to take your next step of obedience? Let's drop the anxiety and rely on His Word.

Ever find yourself stuck in a situation where your own resources, thoughts, and control simply aren't enough? Sickness, sudden trials, and anxieties have a way of completely levelling our earthly status.

This past Sunday at CLSF Mississauga, we unpacked the structural "Stages of Faith" using the story of the nobleman’s son in John 4:46-54. This man had wealth and influence, but he had to drop his pride, travel a day's journey on foot, and drop to his knees to implore Jesus for a miracle. But notice how Jesus responded. He didn't put on a grand physical display; He simply gave him a bare Word: "Go your way; your son lives."

True faith is trusting God even when we don't see the whole picture. It moves us away from worldly anxieties that paralyze us and fixes our eyes entirely on God’s promises. The nobleman moved from merely hearing about Jesus to hearing from Jesus, which allowed him to walk away in a supernatural peace rather than a frantic panic. Where is God asking you to step out of fear and into bold obedience this week?

How can we be strong in life and in the Lord:
1. Rely on God's Power
2. Be persistent and persevere
3. Depend on the Holy Spirit
4. Surrender your worries to God

And what's one of the best ways to be strengthened? Praying to the Lord with your brothers and sisters in Christ. Let our hearts burn for You like an incense of sweet aroma, Lord.

One minute you want to respond like Christ, and the next minute your old nature wants to take the steering wheel.

This internal friction is most evident in relationships. True character cannot be developed or tested in isolation—it requires face-to-face interaction where "iron sharpens iron."

A Sunday reminder that new life in Christ changes how we love each other - in words, in grace, and in forgiveness.

You can look spiritual in isolation, but relationships expose what’s really inside us. Ever feel a literal tug-of-war happening inside your own heart? One minute you want to respond like Christ, and the next minute your old nature wants to take the steering wheel.

🚗💨This Sunday, Pastor Philip Esguerra dove into Ephesians 4 to look at the "spiritual civil war" every believer experiences. True Christianity isn’t just about personal piety or watching a screen in a vacuum—it’s about replacement. It’s putting off the old habits of gossip, hidden anger, and selfishness, and putting on truth, generosity, and kindness in our everyday relationships. If you've ever struggled with keeping your cool, speaking words you regret, or holding onto a grudge, this message is a highly practical manual for real-life transformation.
