Counselling Workshop #4 - Anxiety Part 3 - May 31st

Do you struggle with anxiety and/or stress?
Learn proper ways to deal with it that are based on science and spiritual principles from the Bible. Any question is welcome, as our goal is to address any tough personal struggles and provide knowledge on how to positively handle them.

Develop character, skills, make friends, and stay active for the summer! Under the mentorship of a group of experienced coaches from the FCA, the kids will enjoy a variety of sports and engaging activities for both physical and mental growth.

We are starting a series of free workshops on topics like healing, anxiety, loneliness, boundaries, purpose and others - The Fellowship Soul Care Workshops - to help people who have questions and want to improve in areas of their lives.

First session is Sunday February 22nd.
11 AM with coffee and breakfast.
11:30 AM the workshop begins.
River Grove Community Center, Mississauga.

The first topic is "Loneliness":

Loneliness is something many of us carry, often silently; even when life looks full on the outside. This workshop is a safe, welcoming space to talk honestly if you want, to listen deeply, and to remember that you don’t have to face it alone. If you’ve ever felt disconnected, unseen, or just tired of carrying things by yourself, this is for you. Come as you are, you belong here.

We will continue to go through various topics, and we invite everyone to join us on this journey to better understand these topics and how God intends us to live in his grace.

Our multi-sport summer sports camp for kids is returning this July! For one week, foster friendship, active lifestyle, leadership, community and character with FCA Canada, Fellowship Church and other amazing partners in Mississauga.

Sports: Basketball, Soccer, Frisbee, Flag Football, and others.
July 4th to 11th. 9AM to 5PM everyday.
Century City park, 933 Focal Rd., Mississauga, Ontario.
Age: 5 to 14. $125 per athlete.
