Where do you turn when trouble hits? This Sunday, we explored the story of a desperate widow in 2 Kings 4:1-7 who faced loss, debt, and the threat of losing her children, yet she ran straight to God, and God met her need with more than she could have imagined.

Pastor Marvin reminded us that God can do a lot with a little. All she had was a small jar of oil, and God multiplied it beyond measure. Her unexpected problem was met with unfailing provision.

When trouble comes, the question is not whether God can come through, it is whether we will humble ourselves and go to him. He has never failed yet, and he will not start now.

If you missed this message, come join us this Sunday at 9am or 11:30am. And whatever you are carrying this week, bring it to the throne of grace.

We often trap ourselves in this invisible lie: If I just feel guilty enough, promise hard enough, or clean up my act first, then God will forgive me. We start looking inward at our own performance instead of upward at His character.

But the quality of your repentance isn’t what saves you. His mercy is.

Here’s the hard part: if God doesn’t hold a measuring tape to our imperfect apologies, why do we hold one to everyone else’s? Holding onto someone’s flawed “I’m sorry” only keeps us chained to the judgment seat.

Drop the checklist today. Rest in the reality that His grace is bigger than your messiest prayers, and let that same grace spill over into the people around you.

What’s one relationship where you need to trade your checklist for compassion this week?

What a summer it’s been.

Between the non-stop energy and the unforgettable moments at our Hope Kids Summer DayCamp and Day Camp+ in partnership with FCA Canada, our hearts are completely full.

Looking back, it’s hard to put into words just how much joy, laughter, and faith moved through our grounds these past few weeks. But if we had to sum it up in one word? Volunteers.

These picture only captures a small fraction of the incredible humans who showed up for our kids. From the early morning high-fives and craft table messiness to the quiet moments of encouragement and relentless energy in the heat—you brought the love of Jesus to life every single day.

To every single person who gave their time, heart, and hustle to make this summer happen: thank you. This ministry simply doesn’t happen without you, and we are endlessly grateful for the way you served our community.

We love our team so much! Drop some love in the comments for the best volunteer crew around. 👇

Ever get distracted 30 seconds into praying in your head? You’re not alone.

When we pray silently, it’s so easy for our minds to wander off to our to-do list, what we’re eating for dinner, or random thoughts. But there is incredible power in simply using your voice.

Praying out loud forces your mind to focus. It grounds you. Whether you’re driving in your car, taking a walk in the woods, or sitting in your room—try talking to God out loud today.

Save this post to try it out next time you pray! 📌

The Ranch. The Word. The Community. 🌲🙏

This past weekend, our Young Adults took a timeout from the daily grind to seek The Peace of God. We traded our screens for scripture and the noise of the world for genuine fellowship.

There is nothing quite like gathering to build each other up and connect deeply with God and each other.

👇YA crew, drop your favorite memory from the weekend in the comments!

In 2 Corinthians 6:14-7:1, Paul reminds us that we are the temple of the living God. Our identity isn’t found in success, approval, or achievement—it’s found in belonging to Him. When we yoke ourselves to things moving opposite of God’s direction, we drift into subtle compromise, replacing intimacy with activity.

The good news is Jesus chose to yoke Himself to our weakness so we could be connected to His strength. Holiness isn’t about perfection—it’s about alignment. Like Daniel who opened his windows to pray despite the law, we’re called to pursue God with purpose, even when it costs us. You’re not strong because you have it all together. You’re strong because you’re connected to the One who does.
