Mission Statement
Aim of this Movement is to offer a platform to all Syro-Malabar youth for holistic liberation, in order to uphold Christian values and bear witness to Jesus Christ. They should relentlessly strive for the welfare of others while rooted in the faith and glorious tradition of the Syro-Malabar Church

. SMYM Canada shall be responsible for coordinating all the youth activities as deemed necessary by the Syro-Malabar Exarchate/ Diocese of Canada. Operational Guidelines (Principles of the Youth Movement)
(a) To Know: To know the Church and its teaching through constant prayer and study, and equip the youth to share their God experience with others;
(b) To Share: To share one’s talents for the revival of society through agile activities based on the Gospel values;
(c) To Live: To live a life of learning and sharing based on faith and righteousness for the enhancement of society and Church. (i) Despite stretching across all over Canada, we are united through a common faith, heritage and future vision. These Principles apply both within and between all local youth groups, different ministries, Regional teams, National team, and the hierarchy in union with the Magisterium of the Church. Description
