Broken Bread Ministries was founded on July 27, 2021 with the expressed purpose of creating a space for believers in Christ of any denomination to break bread with one another.

Breaking Bread: The Community Encounter was just that—a powerful moment where we built community, equipped believers, and surrendered our lives together.

From the dynamic and challenging message by Apostle Will from The 166, to the impactful insights from Dr. Margie of Tabitha’s House, the heartfelt presentation from Danica and Shirley of My Kota Bear, and the powerful storytelling from Darcey and Chris of Be The Light Foundation—every moment carried purpose.

But what stood out most… was the connection.
People didn’t just attend—they engaged, they shared, they prayed, they grew. New relationships were formed, hearts were stirred, and community was truly experienced.

This is just the beginning.

Community is where growth happens through connection, accountability, and love. It’s where we challenge one another in grace, walk together in truth, and become stronger because we’re not walking alone.

We are grateful to Minister Darrell for sharing such a powerful and timely reflection on what it means to live in true, God-centered community. Thank you for your wisdom, your heart, and for reminding us that we grow best when we grow together.

With appreciation,
Broken Bread Ministries 💛

Community is where hearts are open, burdens are lighter, and grace leads the way. It’s where healing begins because love is present.

We are truly grateful to our brother Bernard for sharing his thoughts with us so openly and honestly. Thank you for your transparency, your heart, and for helping us reflect on what it means to walk together in unity and love.

With appreciation,
Broken Bread Ministries 💛

When we asked our community the question, “What is community?”, the response we received reminded us just how powerful shared faith and growth truly are.

Community is a place to learn and unlearn, to grow together in God’s Word, and to be surrounded by people who walk with you as God reveals truth, healing, and purpose. It’s where grace meets growth and no one has to journey alone.

We are so thankful to (D’Tra Gary) for sharing such a thoughtful and meaningful response. Thank you for your honesty, your insight, and for helping us reflect more deeply on what it means to live and grow in true community.

With gratitude,
Broken Bread Ministries 💛

We recently asked our community a simple but powerful question:
“What is community?”

One of the answers shared reminded us that community is where peace is found—not because life is easy, but because support, understanding, and love are present. True community shows up, listens, carries one another, and creates space for healing and growth.

This message was shared with us by Monica Anderson, and it beautifully reflects what it means to walk together in faith and support one another through every season.

Thank you to everyone who shared, reflected, and engaged in this conversation. Community matters—and we are grateful to build it together.

We recently asked our members a simple but meaningful question:
What is community?

Prayer, family, and friendship were at the heart of the response—reminding us that faith was never meant to be lived alone. When we gather, pray together, and support one another, God strengthens the bonds that carry us through every season.

We are so grateful for Minister Dr. Shawanda Daniel for sharing such a timely and heartfelt message. Thank you for your wisdom, your compassion, and your commitment to nurturing community rooted in prayer and love. Your words blessed us and reminded us of the power found in walking together.

With gratitude and love,
Broken Bread Ministries 💛

Community has the power to heal, restore, and transform lives. When we choose to walk together, no one has to carry their journey alone—and real change becomes possible.

We are grateful for Pastor Joey for sharing this powerful message and reminding us that community isn’t just connection, it’s commitment. Lives are changed when people are seen, supported, and surrounded by love and truth.

Thank you, Pastor Joey, for your heart for people, your faithfulness, and for breaking bread with us.

God takes the broken pieces and turns them into bread.
What feels fractured, insufficient, or incomplete in our hands becomes nourishment in His. He blesses it, multiplies it, and uses it to feed others—because that’s who He is.

If you’re feeling broken, don’t hide it. Place it in His hands.
He is God, and nothing is wasted in Him.
